Ok I have been a Spyderco fan since '97 when I received my very first one a Delica. That knife has been through you know what and back several times:D

I have recently aquired a Manix2. let me tell you for me this is the knife of knives. It is ready and willing to tackle any cutting task I ask of it and then some! The handle ergo's are well thought out and executed-very comfortable in hand. The blade length is perfect for any EDC chore......I could go on and on:D

Case and point I LOVE THIS KNIFE!!!!

I'm sure you other Manix owners feel the same way....so post them up and share your "love" of this beautifully crafted knife:D

Yes however it's the skeletonized liners that probably make the biggest difference between the two. The 154CM has full liners.

Of all the knives I have owned, I have only regretted selling 2; my small Sebenza and my CF Manix 2. This thread makes me miss my Manix 2.

That would make sense. I do ,however, like the "heft" of the full liners.

It appears you have a very nice "replacement" there

I also have 2 Green Manix 2's on preorder. My collection won't be complete without the CF model though. :(

LOL....it seems to me you better pick one of those CF models up and quickly because you will keep trying to fill that "void" to no avail. :)

It'll be healthier for me to just feed my habit. Then I won't have the money to spend on fast food and what not. Haha.
