If you have a CRK that has a UG/CGG, then please post a pic and the name, model, and any other information you can provide such as amount made, if known. If yours is different than others of similar name, how so?

This thread was spawned by my previous asking if a thread/database like this existed already, and there isn't one.
So how about it, show them off while helping out fellow and future owners!
