Posting a knife for sale

Paid $35 to be a gold member. However, I cannot seem to find a promo to allow me to put a knife for sale. Please get back to me to discuss the problem or let me know if a gold member is not allowed to offer a knife for sale, which is not what I understand from reading the rules and regulations.
