posting photos from photobucket,please help.

hello guys, i'm sort of new on this forum and would like to post some of my knife pic's,i have a photobucket account as well as dropbox and can't seem to be able to post to hear from ether ! is it the IMG code or URL link ! step 1 step 2 and step 3,any sort of help out there !lots of thanks and just love this forum,god bless.

I've included a sample screenshot. If you click on the equivalent portion I've highlighted with the red box and copy that directly into the chat window it should appear fine.
