Posting pics help needed

First time ever happened that I can't post pics on my for sale post.I usually post the pictures from my Iphoto through manage attachments.
But few days ago when I tried to post my very first pic for the sale thread, this came up:

Manage Attachments


Sum of all attachments owned by rexromic: 20.99 MB


Current Attachment Total: 20.99 MB

I tried to post first pic nevertheless but then message came up that pic can't be posted because is 11 MB over my 20.99 MB.
Anu advice on this,how to solve this problem?
