Whatever kind of device you have? There may be an app for that. Look for a picture/file sharing host. Prefreably one that is NOT porn related. You can use imgur.com, flickr, or any others. There are tutorials online on the "How To" part, search for it. In the mean time, searching here for...

Posting from a hosting site is a bit more cumbersome than posting directly into this site, but that requires a membership (which is totally worth it).

Imgur is easy, fast and free.
Upload your pics there, select your pic and click the "share links". Select "message boards and forum". Copy and paste that link here.
