You'll see some buttons above the window you type your post into. If you have a pic on the web somewhere (Photopoint has gone belly-up, but there are other sites) you can click on the "IMG" button and enter the url for your image in the box that pops up.

Another way is to become a paid member; then you can upload pix directly to the Bladeforums server.
