I use hunt101.com, which puts a tag ad in the photo, to host my photos that I share online. You'll need a similar hosting site or a web page where you can park your photos. Once you've downloaded the photo to the web, right click on the photo and a properties window pops up. Highlight the URL listed there then right click on the highlighted URL and another window pops up. Scroll down and left click on copy. You've now stored the URL (address) of the photo on your computer. Come here and in the reply window click on IMG in the toolbar and another window pops up. Right click and scroll down on the new widow to "paste" and left click on it. The URL should have appeared in the IMG window. Click OK and you're done.
