Posting Pictures..How To?

How do I post pictures? I am a basic member. Do I need to upgrade my membership to post pictures easily? Thanks

I might add that I have tried several times and keep getting "file failed to upload".

Get an account at an image hosting sight like PHOTOBUCKET and upload your pix there then insert the link to them here, in your post.

Photobucket account, they have well written instructions n what and how to upload and post pictures.
