Hi want to ask a question about posting pictures . Anyone use there iPhone or iPad to take pictures and post them on this site . If so how you do it . Do I need to download an app . I'm wanting to become a gold member but if I can't post pictures to add to my sell or just to post some pictures when I want to I don't see why . Any help please thanks .

All my pictures are taken with my iPhone. I use the PhotoBucket app to upload from my iPhone to the PhotoBucket site and then include the image links in the post.

Yep. You can't upload photos directly to this forum. You have to upload to a photo hosting site, then link to the photos here. Yeah, it's kinda annoying, but common for many forums.

Not mister tech here . Once I download the app and add my pictures how do I ad the link .http://i802.photobucket.com/albums/...7403116e45640996b2bcc702893fe_zps4bedd062.jpg

How come some people have the photo next to the post instated of a link .

Either click on the insert image link on BF and then From URL and uncheck Retrieve. The image link you have is pasted as the URL and it'll look like:

So, I use the flickr app for my ipad. But, then again, I have a flickr account. Depending on how you want to do things, you need an application appropriate for it. If you just ftp pics to a website and they're automagikally available, you can just put the URL for the picture in tags.

As for the thumbnails vs the full size pictures, I believe that depends on whether it is an attachment to the post or a link inside the post. Personally, I prefer linking to attachments. C

If you are a paid Gold or above member, you can upload directly without having to use a third party service.
