Posting Pictures?

When I go to post a picture, it says the up loaded file is to large for the server to process. What am I doing wrong?

I did a search. The default Xenforo is 2mb. I sized the below photo at 2.1mb and it WOULD NOT upload.

I resaved it to 1.9mb and it uploaded. That's a LOT bigger than the old software, but images straight out of the phone or camera still need some resizing.

Nothing inherently wrong, but the default picture size on an iPhone (for example) is larger than the size limit that the forum has. Easiest way to resize an image on an iPhone I found was to just open the image full screen and take a screen-capture (hold the power button and tap the home button, screen will flash), it'll be a similar quality photo but fits in the size limit just fine, and it pops up as a new photo in your photo stream.
