Posting Pix on W&SS

I'm sure this question has been asked a billion times and I apologize for my ignorance but can someone tell me how I go about posting pix here?

Also, do you have a recommendation for a photo host? It seems that Photobucket is the most popular. Why?

I'm teaching a small wilderness survival class next weekend and doing some gear testing so I'd like to post here. Nothing earth shattering in these classes, but I'd still like to share.

I guess I need to venture out beyond W&SS as I didn't even realize there was a service and support forum.
