I noticed someone had posted the p symbol using [ font = symbol ] p [ / font ].

Is there a list of available symbols somewhere that we can use....? :confused:

Holy crap!! :eek: What did I just do???:confused: You can type in Greek using font = symbol.

Hope I didn't p!ss any Greeks off........:o

Wow, that's a new one on me! You don't need a list, though -- it's just the Greek alphabet. Type in the alphabet and you get the Greek alphabet. (I already tried it using the preview button to see what would happen.)

You can post all sorts of weird stuff using the ALT codes.

Like for instance:

↑ ↓ → ←

... and that ain't the ½ of it! :)

Aha! As one finds reading my comment, I offended no known Greeks as the bots have censored the offending words from my Greek speak! I'll thank you not speak ill of 'auld Java 'ere non agin.:grumpy: lest a curse fall 'pon ye, ye saucy jug-eared pantaloon puller! :D

Ken I was trapped in WYSIWYG editing land and didn't see the open [ /FONT ]. I went to close it and it typed it in Greek so I got lost for a few minutes. I came back to duplicate the original Greek-speak-week lock-up, NV pops up with the new sh!t..... and I'm still working on the ALT characters!!!:confused:

Neat stuff.....:cool:

I clicked on quote but I don't see the code just the graphic. :(

 
Guys, Wingdings (font name) and Character Map ( Start | Run | charmap ) to see them (or copy ones that have hard to remember codes to be used with Alt), then just follow NV's example to put the chars you like into practice.
