posting with imgur.

OK so i have opened an imgur account and put a few photos on it , but i cant figure out how to get them from there to here,bearing in mind i do not understand computer language ie jpg,irl,paste etc i would appreciate any help along the lines of point at click on etc. I shall understand if you think i am beyond help...

Where do you find the BBcode option? I have uploaded pictures on imgur also and can not find an option part on the site. Thanks Ed

You can simply type the

tags yourself around the link to the picture. For example (I obviously don't have access to your imgur account) -
