Posts Your Vapes!

So you own vaperev? I've been there once for some juice last year.

I recently quit all vape and nicotine but was using variable voltage ego (beginner setup).

Is that a kayfun one the left of the provari mini? I have a provari mini that I use at home, and a vision spinner with a protank 3 that I use at work. Just picked up a Russian 91 that I need to try out still

I dug through my boxes and found an old thermovape. Still works but maybe needs replacement heating core.

My viper mod with a patriot RDA on it. An RSST genesis tank about to be built.

That mod with the Kayfun is called the Semovar. Both mod and Kayfun are made by the same manufacturer. That viper is fire!

I sold mine. Had a Joytech eVic with a Kangor bottom coil pyrex tank. Smoking Djarum Black clove cigars right now. They help with dental pain.

Is there a reason to leave your bottles uncapped? I always keep mine sealed.

It's not really necessary, but it allows some of the volatiles to evaporate and, according to many, gives the juice a better, less mediciny flavor. It's called Steeping. You can apparently achieve the same results with a quick hot water bath, or so I've been told. Mine never really lasts long enough to be steeped, but I buy from a B&M, so many of the bottles I buy have already been sitting around for a while anyway.

What the heck is a vape?

A Vaporizer. It's a large e-cigarette, like the ones you can buy in convenience stores, but with a larger battery, in the case of the OP, rebuildable atomizers, and more features (such as the ability to change the watts or voltage)

My wife smokes and I can't stand the smell of it, could some PM info on where I could get a nice setup and how to get started with something like this. I think this would be much better than a conventional e-cig.

I did not even know these things existed until yesterday. So what are these like some kind of supplements to cigarettes?

Some folks use them as a supplement, some use them as a replacement, and there are even vapers who have never smoked before in their lives.

Personally, I use mine as a replacement for cigarettes. I've been tobacco free for 8 months and I feel a lot better. There are literally thousands of flavors that one can vape in these things. Right now I'm vaping a liquid called Jamaican Ginger Mint. Really tasty. At first I thought I wanted something that tasted like a cigarette but then I realized that the key to quitting cigarettes is that you have to like vaping better than smoking. That's where the flavors come in to play. It tastes so much better than any cigarette I've ever had and I smoked for 36 years. You can even buy liquids with different levels of nicotine. Some people even vape zero nicotine. I recently stepped down from 18mg to 12mg. Maybe I will eventually get down to zero nicotine but I don't really plan on it.

My wife also gave up cigarettes for these. I was surprised at how easy it was for both of us to quit smoking. We could never do it before for any longer than a few days. Our doctor is even happy that we made the switch.
