Today I bought a pouch for my SB1 880SP. The picture is attached. The local dealer said it's made by a company called "Galco" (sorry I don't hear it much in China) in USA, and it's designed for SB1 880 specificly. The pouch is black and is well made. I feel its meterial (which the dealer said is 1680D nylon) is much like the one used for the pouch for Leatherman Wave which i own. It's a nice pouch and the space is just good for a 880, neither too tight nor too loose. The only thing I'm not fully satisfied is that it can only be worn vertically on the belt.

My only question is: is Galco really designing pouch for SB1 880? Or it could be a pouch for other purpose, but just happens to fit the 880 well?
Anyone happens to have one in hand?

Thanks,
P.

Oops! Sorry for missing the picture. :D

I don't know if the Galco was made for the Buck.Strider 880 but it does fit well. I think there are several magazine gun pouches that work.

i am currently using a Spec Ops Brand pouch for my 880 and it fits like it was made for it but was actually made to carry handgun magazines. The spec ops brand allows horizontal mounting and has a cool feature in that you do not need to remove your belt take the sheath off or put it on.

I will try to post pics.

Nice Galco sheath though.

Thanks spartan_ajax. I like the idea to carry the pouch horizontally which I feel is more convenient, so your Spec Ops Brand beats mine, :) although the Galco one also has a feature that can be taken off without removing the belt.

Look forward to the pics.

My Strider 880SP is a perfect fit in a BagMaster mag pouch I picked up at a local gun shop. You would almost think it was made specifically for the Buck!
