I would like to make a pancake style pouch sheath for this knife, and wonder if any of you could post a photo of one that would work well.

I'm not sure what you mean by pancake pouch? They are two distinctly different styles of sheaths. I don't make a lot of pouch sheaths but I do make a LOT of pancake sheaths. There's 18 on the kitchen counter this morning waiting to get matched back up with their knife.

I've made them for my own skinners too:

Thanks yes, a Sonoran Skinner done in elk. Just finished one in sheephorn and it has a water buffalo overlay pancake sheath. I’ll get pics later today. As far as making a pancake I did a tutorial that’s in the stickies at the top of the sheaths and such page. It’ll help ya out some.
