Pour casting an axe head noob

So I’m planning a project and need some guidance. I want to pour cast an axe head that I’m designing. I would like to do this with steel. My first struggle is creating the mold. Who do I talk to or where do I go to create a mold of unique design that can handle molten steel? Your time wisdom is greatly appreciated.

Not a good idea to attempt casting steel. It's complicated.

But it would be an interesting exercise if you have any inclination to try it in bronze.

Some foundries will do small run custom pours for you if you have your own mold. I think you might be able to sand cast steel. There are also ways to create one time use ceramic molds.
