Powder Mosaic Fighter

I haven't posted in a while so I thought that I would show my latest. This fighter has a 7" blade of 1084/15N20 & 4% powder with a sambar handle & 416 fittings. I ground that star pattern out of the inside corner when I 4-wayed the billet and filled with 4% nickel powder.

Very cool, Gary. What pattern was the billet you used for the 4 way? Is the other 96% of the powder 1080?

Joe--The billet was a simple random pattern that got slightly "W"ed when 4-wayed & then tiled. The powder is Kelly Cupples which is 1080 & nickel.
