Bad news once again!

I have just been informed that our shops are
suffering with 14-hour power shortages every
day.

The Kamis work will seriously slow down during
the power problem, but there is nothing I can do
about it.

All special order knives will be delayed slightly.
I will keep you all updated as new information
get to me.

I thank you all for your patience.
 
I'm sorry to hear it.

The delays shouldn't be a real hardship for anyone on this forum, but it's regrettable if the Kamis' ability to support themselves and their families are affected.

I hope the power shortages are corrected soon.

Hi Auntie , I know they use a generator ( is it diesel ? ), maybe someone can chime in about converting to bio diesel . . . by using old cooking oil for fuel to help power the shop , just a thought .
 
Finances not withstanding, I personally can wait because everyone needs to have a break (rest). Maybe this power shortage is God's why of getting the kamis and Nepali people that rest.

As long as the kamis and their families stays safe and warm. Besides, they have a lot of strong positive karma from this community as we're standing by them.

One of my Canadian friend is in Nepal right now and she's sharing with me some of this news herself (She's there to help the Deaf-blind as she's one of them too).

Hope all becomes better and well for them all.
