I purchased an older but unused Powerlock on eBay. The main blade is ground only on one side - is this normal? More importantly, it's ground too bluntly to ever cut anything - about 75 degrees at the tip.
I know they sell add-on tools, but do they also sell replacements for the original tools? Or, do you think this is a defect the factory would correct? I have no proof of purchase aside from the eBay receipt and I am the second owner.
