Powerlock Leather Pouch

I just got a SOG powerlock from a trade.....and I have to say, this is the best multitool I've owned. The only thing I'm not too hot about is the leather pouch.....I wanted something that can be carried horizontal and the leather doesn't look that good. I know there is a nylon one specifically for the powerlock which can be carried horizontally. I tried to phone SOG and asked if I could send the leather one in for a nylon but that was not possible. So I want to ask people who have the powerlock, which pouch do you like more and why? Thanks for your responses.

I didn't particularly like the leather sheath either. A friend of mine has the Powerlock with the nylon sheath, and it's pretty well constructed. While holding the multitool, the nylon sheath feels much thinner than the leather one. Looks better too.

Have you thought about getting a kydex sheath for it? It should cost about $30, I believe.

Here's one I made myself. There's a Tek-Lok (can't see it in the picture) so I can easily attach it to my belt.

The SPEC-OPS Brand Super Sheath is the absolute best way I have found to carry my Powerlock. I carry it horizontal crossdraw on my weak side. It's there whenever I need it.

Yeah, its really too bad that the standard isn't the nylon one.
Thanks Steven and Alpha for the replies, both sheaths look pretty nice......hmmmm, might just have ocnvinced me to get a kydex instead of nylon.
