PowerLock pivot

I recently upgraded to a nice SOG TiNi powerlock. It is nice, but I'd like to be able to open it one-handed, and this one is very slow.

Now, I've loosened the hex bolts near the plier pivot, which has no effect. It is the gear part that is tight.

Is there a particular product that will get into these riveted (unaccessable) gears, or do I have to flip it 40,000 times to get it to loosen?

I already know the standard responses (Militec, Tuff Glide, White lightning), but has anyone used these on the powerlock gears? If so, did it loosen the action?

Thanks,

I used white lightning on one that I had and the good news is that I believe I only flipped mine 10,000 times to got the desired result . When watching television it is easy to do such repiticous chore . Though you will have to explain to the Doctor that the affliction that you now suffer from is not tennis elbow .

Good, 'only' 10,000 huh? :D

Anyway, I took my powerlock (only a couple weeks old) completely apart and changed tools this weekend. Here is a review of the PowerLock and how it turned out:
