So I know there is a lot of talk about whether the ti is really worth the money or not so I kinda wanted to state how I feel about the knife and see if anyone has the same concerns as me with the possibility of some members who own the Ti erasing those concerns.

I personally can kinda see where the money is at but a few things make me hesitate to pull the trigger.

1. The d2 steel at that price I just feel like it should just be something more an option for s90v, elmax or something.
2. The grind Im sure some ppl really like the modified tanto look but Im really not that into tantos if I could just change that full flat grind tip(I understand it has its own purpose to pry and etc) I think it would help with the slicing performance and would appeal to me a lot more.
3. The blood grove opening seems a little rough to operate Im just going off of vidoes such as Jim Skeltons and others that have to move from the blood groove to the thumb stud blade stops.

Im in no way trying to say anything negative about the praetorian I think its an awesome knife I think Greg is awesome just looking to see if anyone feels the same way and if any owners can put my mind at peace about the opening actions so I can possibly make that big leap.

I've heard rumors he does other types of shaped blades, just call him, great people to talk to. As for steel, I don't know, I know he is big on D2, but he did just buy like 10k of 3V so maybe... They are custom, they can probably do one offs too, you just have to ask. I have one of his Vipers on order and can't wait to get it. I will probably ask about a custom Pretorian at some point, I mean the blade thickness on these things are just insane!!
