PRAISE for BM customer service

Just wanted to mention how well Benchmades customer service dept. takes care of their customers,,they have helped me a couple times, once being very minor, but they went way beyond, what they could have done, to help me out. I appreciate them and their products.

One of the real kickers is , that I tried to pay them once and the returned the dam money.
It wasnt a warranty issue ............ they still handled it.

it doesn't get any better than dealing with these folks. superb products and outstanding customer service. something lost on most companies. just sent an email to purchase a replacement clip for one of my 710's. got a response from Emily that same day saying that it's on its way. how can you beat that? best regards to all.

Benchmade have been always there for me.Great customer service.:thumbup:
 
So far no other knife company has met their awesome customer service in my experience.
Their quality and willingness to keep me as a customer is outstanding!
All knife manufactures should learn how to treat a customer like Benchmade does.

It's my pleasure to add to the praise of Benchmade's Customer service being expressed here.

They always seem to be willing go that extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

If they can help, they will do all they can too. Time and time again.

I just had another very satisfying experience where I sent in one of my oldest and most cherished BM knives and what they sent me back was nothing shy of amazing and well beyond my expectations. All new hardware, clip, screws, including the pivot screw, and stop pin. Not to mention the upgrade of Barrel Spacers! This is a 15-16 year old knife that has seen quite a bit of carry and use and it almost looks like new again! Don't know what else they did but there was also noticeable improvement in the already solid lock up. Really amazing work BM!.
