Felt this was good for everyone to hear and see....

Another story of Buck knife people network in action.

Some game wardens (easy here, I was one of them and am semi-normal) got ahold of the retired 'knife guy'. "Can you get us a special knife to give to the chief as he is retiring." Answer: OK, let me work on it. (Remember I am a Buck person so I am of good heart and filled with fortitude so can't say no.) Long story short - Go to Larry Oden and then to Leroy Remer and a pre-owned Bowie goes up to presentation quality and is fixed up with minimum expense. Just another example of the Buck Stops Here spirit. Thanks Larry and Leroy.

Brass plaque is being fixed for attachment above knife.

The best part of 'Doing Good' is the joy YOU feel....I'm sure that the chief will treasure that Buck and pass it down to his loved ones...I have neaver seen a really nice Buck in a yard sale..

300, the knife came out Great... ... If the chief don't want it, I'll be happy to take it... ;)

A genuine American classic.

Seems to me you've earned a bit of positive karma there.

I have nothing but respect for the men and women that wear a badge, any badge, that protect my family and I.

Well, except for Rent-A-Cops.

It was a sad week here in the East Bay. Four Oakland LEOs murdered.

Great story CH, Leroy and Larry are great gentlemen, and Buck collectors too! Which brings to mind the question, "Are Buck collectors great guys,...or are great guys Buck collectors?"
Last year, Leroy helped me with a collaboration on a Spirit of '76 knife. The knife was donated to my fathers chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution as a fund raiser.
