While Sagar Sarki on Dashain vacation he had a bike accident and he is getting some medical help and be back to work after the Tihar festival. Thankfully he is alive.
Your prayers for Sagar Kami are more then welcome.

Smoke and prayers... a bicycle accident is serious stuff - little to no protection. We're lucky here in the states where most everyone has the funds to afford driving huge cars around everywhere.

Many thanks to everyone who has been working with the medical fund, by buying sheaths or otherwise. It looks like it is doing some good.
 
Sad to hear of the accident Yangdu. My hopes for your speedy and thorough recovery Sagar sarki.
 
In my country motorcyclists and riders made up for 80% in fatal accidents.

Smoke and prayers on the way. I've had a few bicycle spills myself, since that's how I get around. (But I'll STILL take my bike over a car, thank you.)

We really don't hear enough about the sarkis, as opposed to the kamis; that makes it sadder when we hear about them like this.
