I feel very fortunate to have met and talked to Ron at Blade Show last June. I knew right away he was a good guy.

I don't know Karen or Jess but I wish them well.

I remember researching the Buck Hoodlum and seeing "by the late Ron Hood". I thought it was a mistake, I just saw him a couple weeks earlier on Knives Live for crying out loud. I was in shock. I've spent a lot of time on the Hoods web site and watching their videos.

I had never met Ron or Karen but almost feel like I know them. I was deeply saddened by the news.

Ron will be forever missed. I wish nothing but the best for Karen and family.
