Oh, I went to the Buck website and it said the two dots indicated that it be made between 1974-1980. I got it from my grandfather.

...that would be "one dot" on either side of the 110...1974 to 1980...
· 1974 to 1980: one dot on either side of the model # (example: .110.)
· 1981 to 1986: two dots on either side of the model # (example: ..110..)
