Pre '68 Buck 110 sold for $912

I've seen them go for more and seen them go for less. That one had bad photos, but looked to be in excellent shape from what I could see.

That one brought attention because of the sheath. VERY rare!!

I bid on it, but much less because of the bad photos.

That was a nice 1st Version. It's unreal that 3 1st Versions were for sale in the same week, given that less than a 400 were originally made, and all those can't still exist. There was a 1st Version in the box that sold several years ago for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1600-$1800 as I recall.

Scott, I sold this one for $1750 several years ago. The nicest one I've ever seen. Wish I had it back.

Oh brother I think I'm looking at a little bit of heaven here . Wow :thumbup::thumbup:

If you sold that one I sure hope you had another one just as good .

You guys are making him feel bad....I say it was ugly and deserved to be sold or thrown in the ditch. Let me mark on the map where a good ditch is available.......300

OK, how do you tell a 1st gen?

I have one my Dad let me in a box with sheath and I've never used it and just curious.

It really doesn't make me feel bad. At the time the money was used to fund other knife purchases. I had a large collection of knives, not a theme for my collection. I wanted to focus on pre-production and 124s. But still !!!!!

Dang, I'm drooling everywhere now

Yep….I wouldn't have to think two seconds before I would buy that for $1,750.00!! That gives rare a new meaning. :)

I have some, but they fail in comparison next to this one that hkingdom sold.

I found a new condition(never sharpened) 1969 110 at a flea market a year ago for $20!
No box or sheath, but so far that has been my best find. I carried it once this year bowhunting hoping it might be a lucky knife but I guess I'll put it back on the dresser.

Does anyone know how many of the tan sheaths were made , I know they are very rare .
