Pre-pay question

I believe I spotted, somewhere on this forum, that you can pre-pay in advance if you are awaiting a particular knife to come in, so you can be the first buyer in line. True?

If true, does this apply only to new blades, or also blems? I'm waiting on an 18-inch AK blem to show up. However, by the time I get online for the "steals and deals", I'm usually too late (sob!).

I'm not sure, but I recall someone commenting
that you can call and just ask for what might
be available.

Does that mean we can pre-pay for regular production? That's an interesting concept!
