I have had a lot of requests to do a prebuy on the new Backpackers and Keychain Tools that are coming out. They will be out in a couple of weeks so it's time for the prebuy! :D

These will be the lightest Backpackers and KCT's yet at .062" (1/16") thick! I'll have a final weight on the Backpackers soon but they will be ultralight like no other. The Backpackers will have my simpler, new school straight line carbide pattern.

I have 6 each of the new Backpackers in Stonewashed ($125) and Heat Colored ($135). Let me know if you want a Tie-Dye ano ($150) I don't have the page set up for the tie dye ones yet.

I also have 6 Tie-Dye KCT's coming out! I'm also working on a listing for Stonewashed and Heat Colored finishes... just let me know here as I'm still working on the stonewashed and heat colored listings.Tie Dye - $47, Heat Colored $43, Stonewashed $39.

All prices include shipping in the United States. the Backpackers are extra to ship internationally but international shipping is included on the KCT's! I combine shipping too.

Here's a link to the ones I have up ---> Store Link

For the ones I don't have listed I'm taking Paypal - danielfairlyknives@gmail.com for payment, no fees... please include a brief description. Thanks!

Hey Daniel any chance you will be doing a run of kcts in d2 again? Best Jim

I have had lots of questions on the durability of the Carbide/Ti combo and did this video in response. The new ones will be thinner but this shows that they are very tough. They aren't made to be a hard use knife but this pushed the limits and the results were great!

Thanks for the orders everyone! :D

I'll keep everyone posted on the progress here at this subforum, look out for a thread in a few days. Thanks again for the support, you guys rock!

I know it might defeat the purpose a little bit, but have you ever tried whipping up some screw on scales for the Backpackers? Starting to have an idea for what to do with that mahogany.

It's set up to add screws/standoffs, the scales would likely need to be glued. It does add a bunch to the weight so so far I have stayed away from scales... it would be cool though!

I have a CPM-3V Backpacker with Purple CTEK that I need to put up for sale... I hope to do some in a thin stainless eventually.

I'll get some pics of the ctek/3v combo... it's a cool one! Look out tomorrow.

I have a few more spots left... thanks again everyone!

any chance for a lefty backpacker? Or does the right dominant one work well for a lefty?
thanks in advance!

I just added a lefty option on my website. :D I still need to add some more stuff too...

I like to put the main bevel on the hand side for maximum performance. They are versatile in either hand also because of the back bevel.

Hi Daniel,

Please put me down for one of the Stonewash KCTs. Sending payment shortly.

Thanks!

EDIT: Payment sent.

Hey Daniel! Quick, maybe unnecessary, question. Would a bit of carbide on the bottle opener part of the KCT ever be necessary. Mine is not showing any wear, so I guess the Ti is plenty. Just got to thinking when I got my backpacker. Joe

It couldn't hurt, I carbidized the openers on some of them and the Ti Bottle Opener Knives. I have also noticed that the Ti really doesn't show any opener wear.

I'd be happy to add some carbide per request for no charge.

Put me down for a stonewashed KCT, please. Shoot me an e-mail when the listing is up; or, just send an invoice to my PayPal and I'll get you all paid up. Thanks Daniel!
