Prefer deep carry on your Benchmade?

I'm not sure that Benchmade wants to be inundated with orders, but just fyi...

Benchmade has a policy of replacing pocket clips free of charge.

One of the cool things about Benchmade knives is that many feature the same 3 bolt pattern. So... if you needed to replace your clip it could be done with a model that used a deep clip.

Thankfully it works the other way too! I'll get around to drilling/tapping the middle hole someday.

Now to just make a regular carry clip for my Rukus and I'll be all set!

The Contego. It uses 2 of the 3 holes. Works great. I'll take a pic later.

The stock clip on the Contego has the holes spaced the same as the two outside holes on a standard Benchmade clip.

Edit- they even send new hardware. 3 screws, which is kinda weird actually...

Switched the screws and put the clip over flame for a few minutes.

I couldn't get a good pic. It looks better in person. Titanium at the top green to rose at the bottom.
