Premier Scout

Picked this up second hand. Says Premier on one side of the main blade and Japan on the bottle opener. Looking for more info on its age, or some references where I could look myself. Thanks.

There is a shield and a bail. The shield reads, Scout.

I was able to see the photo. Looks to me like a basic camp knife, or boy scout knife. Not sure of maker. Nothing special but a very useful multi-purpose knife like I used when young for camping purposes.
