I went looking at Arno Bernard knives again. The importer for the U.S. is not far from me. They are kind enough to let me select from their inventory.
Or should I say, " what's left of their inventory."

I saw this knife and its distinctive warthog Ivory slabs and I bought it. I don't need it. I don't know why I bought the damn thing. But here it is.
Keen edge, N690, tags still on it. I'm addicted which is not a good thing. I needed this knife like I needed a hole in my head. But alas, it's beautiful. Now I have to pay for other things.
I may end up ebaying this one off.

Looking good! It looks like a very functional design. I bet it would make a great hunting knife.
 
Bernards are about my favorite. I hope you keep it. You can't sell something like that and NOT regret it.

I agree. The highly figured warthog ivory is what got me. I knew if I passed it up I might not ever see another one like this.
I'm sure I will regret it. But on the other hand I'll pass a knife to someone who will appreciate it as much as me.
