I just preordered a ZT 0770CF from Knifecenter, and I've had good luck with them as a customer.

However, I remember hearing complaints from people ordering ZT 0566s from them and being far down the apparent list to receive them. Other outlets would get them in stock while Knifecenter would not have any yet.

Is this the way it works with preordering, to do so with several companies, and when you get one coming to cancel the other orders?

Seems cheesy; but as I am not one to usually preorder things, I was wondering what experiences others have had with this process.

Should I order the same one from BladeHQ, for instance?
