Preparedness: A year ahead

This topic would fall under the generalized topic of preparedness. What activity would you like to be a year ahead in, and are you taking any steps towards that goal. For me, I have resolved to be a year ahead in my firewood stockpile by winter, a year ahead in my mortgage, and a year ahead in my ammunition supply. I'm cutting firewood now and should have this years supply done by the end of May and then I'll continue to cut to be a year ahead. I'm 9 months ahead on my mortgage now and I plan to be 12 months ahead by summer, and I hope to stockpile a bit of ammo as funds become availiable. What else????

I'm working on becoming debt free. It'll take me about 2 and 1/2 years. Once I'm free of my car payment and my loathsome credit cards I'll work on saving up 1 year's expenses in cash, then on to other things like moving out of town, and getting a sexy rifle.

For the record, I have the bare basics covered already, about 2 months of food, water purification, defense etc.
