Prescription bifocal safety glasses source

My safety glasses are scratched up, and the source where I bought them is out of business. My Google search showed lots of cheapo plastic ones in the sexy wrap-around style, which fog up for me.

I'm looking for real safety glass with diopter of 1.75 and side shields. Does anyone know of a source? Or a better alternative?

I got my from my normal optician. No problem, polycarbonate lenses. Ugly, not cheap...

Take your prescription into WalMart. I got mine there. Reasonable prices, good service, no problems with the prescription. Still going strong for two years.
