I don't have time right now to figure out what that is but it doesn't seem to be Blade Discussion. If it's not spam or spyware or a virus you could repost in Community Center or Gadgets & Gear or Whine & Cheese depending on content.
 
telnet is a way for your computer to talk to another, but it could also be used to let another computer take over yours. If you aren't really sure that you know what you're doing, don't use telnet.
