I've seen a couple of Randalls with a 'butterscotch micarta' that looks mighty fine...anyone know where I can get a piece or two to have a RMK made up for me? Thanks

Doesn't anyone out there know answer to my question? Rhett?

Oh, Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all you RMK'ers out there:)

Try Treeman knives. He has some ready to go for Randalls.

Just search for treemanknives.com

This person, Rick Scuuchmann, supplies a lot of custom cut micarta for RMKs and does, or did, have a color that he called butterscotch [I called it babysh--]. Contact him to see if he still offers it. E-mail address below. Hope this helps out. Greg.

btw I think the color your refering to is being called
Antique Gold or just Gold Micarta.
It is a deep butterscotch color

Cheers,
Hal

I had some of it put on a Randall. It is a butterscotch or caramel
color. It is not gold micarta. I had some of that as well and it is
different.
I got it from Rick about a year ago. It is an old linen micarta. I doubt he has any left.
It really looks great on a knife.
