I've made a lot of knives (a lot for me) on my new grinder, but this is my favorite so far:

handle detail:

Made from Aldo's 1084 (and let me add that I like this WAY better than the 1075/1080 I was getting from Admiral's)
25.2cm overall
13cm blade
3.1cm wide at base
6.5mm thick
etched in vinegar — it came out a little bit splotchy but I'm very pleased with it overall.
The handle is dyed leather wrapped in paracord with a fiberoptic menuki. I rubbed superglue into the leather to try to make it more water-resistant than I have in the past.
Thanks for looking.

Very nice similar style wrap (IE para-cord and leather) to what I've been experimenting with the past few weeks to!

Thanks — I'd love to see what you've been doing with yours. As always, if anyone has any ideas for improvement, I'd love to hear them.
