Photos Previously uploaded photos

I am not able to find my personal albums where I was storing photos for reference in my postings. I found under Media menu a way to view my albums but there are none and I don't see a way to create one. Has this functionality changed?

• Attachment management - the new software apparently does not allow users to manage their attachments after they are uploaded. I am investigating a solution.
