Good morning!

I was hoping you fine gentlemen could provide me a price check on a Busse Badger Attack with Snakeskin micarta scales. It appears mint and unused/unsheathed. Looks to be a Tanker grey, but I'm not sure if that is the color (seems darker to me).

Picture attached! :)

Yup...it's snakeskin and a prime specimen, at that!

I've always admired the trippy pattern the plys make with that particular machined pattern!!!

That appears to be as good as it gets for that model.

Only thing that could increase value on that bad boy would be satin finish or other Custom Shop flourishes.

Market value is subject to many things, but if I was on the hunt for a Badger, I'd pay Murman's range for yours and be happy with it. :)

I think it might be black, and that it looks washed out due to the lighting.

Also, I think there might be some smooth spots in the finish, for example on the lower half of the ricasso; they might be photographic effects, but I would ask if there are any marks on the finish.

I have one with Snake Skin and it is one of my most used Busse knives. Perfect size. The black finish on mine shows some wear because of it. IIRC I paid around $600 for mine with leather sheath a few years back.

Snake Skin. Awesome knife, I haven't seen Tanker and Snake Skin before, but I am a fan of the Tanker Gray on almost anything.

Pretty sure the gray used back then was Urban Gray. Or at least mine are.
Gray is a hard color to photograph. You never know though, it could be recoated.
Nice knife! I'd say 500+

Thanks all!

I think I snagged it at a good price based off of feedback.

Appreciate all the information! :)
