Actually, the best way (as far as I know) of finding the best internet price on an item is to use the "shopping" option above the standard Google search box.
 
That's about as low as I've seen them. Buy.com has them for $10 cheaper. If you're using Firefox for a browser, there's an add on that puts a bar at the top of the page with comparative prices from other sources.

Idk dude, I would wait. I bought the T2i last weekend for 150 bucks more and it's 18 megapixels and it rules.

I got the T1i, canon's starter kit (canon carry bag, 4 gig card, UV filter, spare battery) and a canon 75-300 lense with the UV filter for $800 shipped.
not bad considering bestbuy had the body and 18-55mm lense for $699, starter kit for $129, and 75-300 lense for $199. that would have been over $1100 with sales tax.
I'm ok for waiting on 3 day shipping too;)
Doug and Joel at http://cameralandny.com have got themselves a customer for life. I got the same type of deal on a mid priced rifle scope last february.
