Price check on HOFSH

Gentlemen

I would like to know the going rate on a HOFSH Busse with a satin blade.
Ball park numbers will do:D

I think around $500 or so. Base was $427, and satin was, I think, a $75 add on.

Hope that helps.

Anyone have more specifics??

I don't know if you'll find too many satin non-LE knives. If others are anything like me, they would just go for the whole limited edition package, rather than just a satin finish.

Wonder where the Heavy Heart (coated) will come in?
 
The HOFSH came in satin and Double Cut. There is no difference between the Satin version and the LE, except for the number and the handles, unless you picked the same handles on the Satin.

As for prices, the resale on these will be well over 500. I think you are looking at more in the well over 600 range.

I'm pretty certain that the color of the LE handles (tigerstripe) wasn't available otherwise.
 
The Heavy Heart, should it ever come in, will be in between 1/4 and 5/16 thick. And I won't be able to afford it when it arrives. And I will cry in self-pity, but also with joy for those hogs who will rip the knives from Skunk's store with their righteous trotters.

I don't know, it's been a very long time since the ordering happened, but I remember there being almost a limitless number of combos almost to many, which confused me.

They will probably be in the low 400 high 300 range I would guess. Do whatever you can to get one if you want one, because they will all be gone after that. and you know how the secondary market is.

I tried ordering mag. tiger stripe. If I remember correctly, not an option with satin finish. LE was the only one with that combo.
