Price check on meaner street

I have what i believe is an original sterile meaner street.
The person who i traded with valued it at around $500. I was wondering if that is accurate in todays market as i am thinking of selling it.

It would come with an ok kydex sheath

500.00 may be a bit high realistically.

400.00 to 425.00 with sheath may be more accurate.

Looks a little used some marks and coating chips
but in nicer shape

I should have mentioned it was in new condition when i got it and it has been used lightly since.

Thanks for the info! Sounds about right with the depreciation from use.
