I lust after this knife for 2 years now and got an offer from somebody with whom I did good and very expensive business before, so there's alot of trust

the catch is as following

the knife isn't NIB anymore, the thump pin has been professionally removed (is still there) and the hole has been filled with some plastic to fulfill the german knife laws (one handed opener aren't allowed, except for some reasons but it's a hassle)

the knife has been carried and used

all the above isn't a reason to say no to this knife but the price, asking price is 600$

and now I wonder, should I buy it or should I wait a bit more until it surfaces from somebody els

I asked CRK directly and they do not make them anymore, so no chance there

This really depends on you bro!

Since your asking this question I believe the answer is very clear; it does not worth $600 to you.

Bargin w/ the seller if his not willing to sell. Move on and there will be other suprise awaits you!

I haven't heard of nor have I seen the 'Native American' Seb so I have no idea what knife that is. Anyways, $600 seems really high compared to what other Graphic Sebenzas are going for now. Even Graphic Sebs that aren't being made anymore aren't near that price point. If you do choose to buy the knife (and don't live in Germany), you can send the Seb to CRK and I'm sure they'll install a thumb stud for you. But...

...you've been waiting two years for this knife to surface and become available so how long are you willing to wait for it to come up again? :D

prices are relative... please consider a Sebenza in germany new from a dealer is: 525$ incl Vat and used the they go for around 400$

and he lowered the price already for me from 660$ so I'll bite the bullet because waiting won't do me any good I think

thanks for thoughts

If you ever get a similar model, less used and with a thumblug, you can change the front plate. I put a Stars & Stripes on an old large Regular.

That means buying 2, but then, the other one could be sold in Germany, plain face with no stud.

well

I'll get my Native American Sebenza tomorrow

I am so happy, the Sebenza is for me the single best utility knife and I use mine daily, I have my own shop and there are a lot of boxes to open everyday and stuff to cut

I really like that knife and now I'll have my grail Sebenza

will show pictures tomorrow

I didn't buy it there, I got it from my friend, he has to pay his new Harley, so I made me an offer I could not refuse ;)

I am happy as can be...

I really like the Native American model too - reminds me of cave paintings. Snagged one a while back.
