I recieved the catalog some time ago and i am just now getting the time to read it and make a decision. I see the WW2 model in the catalog but there is no price listed for it...what sizes of these are available and how much would they be? Also, i saw in the catalog that you ship COD, is their any other way i could pay? (in advance would be fine, i am just unsure that i would be home when the delivery is made...)
