Check me on the following observation I've made, The approximate price premium on a Sebenza Annual is just over $300 vs a Sebenza with "regular" wood inlays?
And the main difference (other than availability/rarity) is the way the wood looks one one side?

Blade shape, handle shape, steel

I am sure there are a couple other minor differences on top of these listed above.

The first 2 are biggies for me..

Well, the Regular plain sebenzas command a premium as they are no longer made. The annuals being limited editions anyways, will command even more, especially the damascus/mammoth variants. Plus you can always add $$ when box and paperwork are included. The Classic sebenzas sometimes go for more than a plain 21 and even pre Idaho Made versions go for more.......... Just like the One Piece Knives, seems like the demand grows even more for the ones you cant just go to a dealer site and buy.

1 - they've been discontinued since 2011
2 - they were the only inlays ever put on the "Regular" style handles, which is also a discontinued but very popular style.
3 - CRK only made 60 large and 60 small Annuals each year (I've read somewhere that there were 75 of each in later years, but I'm not sure)
4 - The inlays were usually non-typical, such as rare woods or ivory.

and 5 - they just look great.
