Prices for blade finishing

I know that a well-done polished finish is expensive.
Bead blast is relatively cheap, right?

What about stone washed, sand blasted or chromed blades? Teflon coated ones?

Can anybody give me approximate data about the prices for different finishing methods?

Satin finish is a popular one--don't know anything about the prices, though.
